Intensive summer course for Lindy Hop beginners with Eglė Nemickaitė and Elzė Višnevskytė.
13–16 July, 18:30–19:45, at the What a Jazz dance studio.
Price: €45 per person.

The classes run four days in a row and finish with the Swing OUTSIDE dancing by the river. Lindy Hop is an energetic, free partner jazz dance born back in 1920s Harlem, New York, in the Black community. Read more about the dance itself here.

Over the four classes you’ll get to know the basics of the dance, improvisation, jazz history, culture and music, and how to dance with different partners. We welcome complete beginners or those who already dance but want to refresh the basics. What you need to know about our classes – see the FAQ.
