1.2% OF YOUR INCOME TAX (GPM)

This year the donated funds will go towards cosmetic renovation of the studio and free social dances with show performances and/or live music.

You can allocate 1.2% of your income tax (GPM) like this:

1. Log in to the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) electronic declaration system https://deklaravimas.vmi.lt/
2. Choose which external system to log in through
3. Select the “Pildyti formą” (Fill in a form) section
4. Select “Prašymas skirti paramą” (Request to allocate support)
5. Under the “Parama” (Support) section, fill in form FR0512 v.4:
6. In field “E1 Recipient type” select: 2
7. In field “E2 Recipient identification number (code)” enter: 304570513
8. In field “E3 Purpose of the tax share” you may enter: For swing dancing
9. In field “E4 Size of the tax share (percent)” enter: 1.2
10. In field “E5” you may enter (so you don’t have to submit a new request every year): 2026 (or any later year you wish)
